    The place is really nice, but the service is bad you’ll wait for 40min to get your food most of the things on their menu were no available when u wanna order, they seem short staffed…. I only saw 5 waiters n it was kinda busy

    The food was perfect our waiter was okay because he was only new. The staff that was at the reception the lady with some blonde hair such an unprofessional staff, it was at about 22:05 when we were on our way out we were 3 ladies we kindly asked the lady at the reception to take us pictures as we were celebrating a birthday she bluntly said and I quote “I can’t take you’ll picture because I’m very bad at taking pictures” mind you she never even tried then dismissed us.We then greeted another one she said “hi” and quickly ran to the kitchen without even asking if we needed anything. We even thought maybe it’s because we are done eating and paid with a tip on top of that hence they don’t care about us anymore. It’s my third time coming to Level 7 but by far yesterday was the worst experience and bad service I’ve ever had. If staff is tired and seem not to be interested in their job they should stay home.

    I truly enjoyed everything from the food to the service and the overall atmosphere. Each dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. An all-round wonderful dining experience; I’ll definitely be back.
