We’re about friends and family, about feel-good food made with care, about in-store service and take-aways that makes you smile, and of course, truly excellent cocktails and coffees.

We offer indoor dining as well as a covered deck with an adjacent play area for kids. We're also pet friendly.

    Good morning, Firstly, I would like to thank your staff for the warm and friendly welcome. We truly appreciated the excellent service. I would recommend that all meals be served at the same time, even when the orders are placed through both Col’Cacchio and The Eatery. As we were celebrating a birthday, it would have been lovely for everyone to enjoy their meals together. I would also suggest considering including a choice of side with the steak and ribs, rather than charging separately. Paying an additional amount for sides feels unusual, particularly with these types of meals. Overall, we had a lovely experience and will definitely be back. Thank you.

    Child friendly restaurant with play area, so not really a venue for after dinner drinks, but after 20h00, it's more likely to be adults only ;-). Food is great, and I am determined to get through every menu item... I will be back for sure.

    I was startled when I got the wrong dressing for my calamari Asian salad. I only been twice and the first time there was no dressing served. I presumed it was under the salad, but it wasn’t. I’d already had the calamari as the salad looked dry. But the waitron quickly remedied it and the dressing made the salad very appetising. Last night I was served a pale, tasteless dressing and was shocked that this had happened again. However the chef sent another salad with the correct dressing. I didn’t enjoy the experience as much as I was pretty full of calamari. However he sent me a complimentary dessert and we’re shared it. It was delicious.

    We live on the False Bay side so very seldom dine in the South. It was a bday celebration and we wanted a chilled ambience with a play area and ww got so much more than that. The service was lovely, the atmosphere was dreamy and the food was delightful. The boys especially loved the Brisket Bun and the portions were great! We will definitely be celebrating at The Eatery again.

    We had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they made our birthday celebration extra special by joining our table to sing Happy Birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our day even more memorable. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back! We'll done to the entire team!!!!!

    I hade a 15 minute wait before being asked if we wanted anything to drink i mean we got seated but not even a glass of water it seemed as if we were invisible until we at out table looked unsettled then i tried making eye contact with the waiter but eventually we got something to drink
