    The place is lovely but needs maintenance. A lot of the kids playing machines didn’t work or were worn out and looked unsafe for them. The food was mostly delicious but the burgers were cold and unseasoned.

    I think they need to improve on the food, really didn't enjoy the steak and my son couldn't finish his burger. The burger looked like something I could make at home.

    The fun factory Morning Glen has a fantastic ambiance and great anemities for children. The service was however terrible. Our food and drinks took ages to arrive even though the establishment was not full. Our order was gotten wrong twice. The salads were nice but the meat we ordered to go has resulted in everyone being very sick this morning. I will definitely not recommend this place to friends and family and will not be back.

    Service and turnaround of food and drinks was super slow. We ended up taking away full pizza’s and other food as they took so long , we were done and needed to leave. Simple stuff like water or coffees took long to make and it was not busy at all. Lots of empty tables. This was my second time experiencing slow turnaround on food/drinks ordered

    My son had the time of his life, the service was great, our waiter was very patient and kind. When we got there they offered to put my son's birthday cake in the fridge cause it was hot, my phone died and the waiter went an extra mile to get a charger for me and charge my phone so I can take pictures when they sing for my son. Food and drinks are affordable, kids are entertained throughout the day. So all in all it was a great experience❤️

    Very disappointing. Comparing to the flagship in honeydew this branch is a major let-down. The facilities were dirty(toilets), the food took a long time to arrive and was mediocre, we ordered pizzas and the toppings were sparse.
