    Had to send my steak back as it was not done to my liking as requested. The kiddies Alfredo was bland. Felt like we were playing hide and seek with our waiter as he was not visible for assistance. Booked in the Kiddies area and it was freezing, on cold days it would help to have a few gas heaters to try warm the area.

    The review I posted on google: Poor food and terrible service. I had to remind the waiter that it was 25min and we were still waiting for our first drinks order. Cappuccino came with cream (unordered, extra R12), 10-15 minute wait after drinks were finished to get another one. My wife's pasta was ice cold. My deep fried calamari starter looked like 5 battered onion rings, and as a starter came with chips, for 95!?! My medium steak was well done on one side and medium rare on the other. This is a great kids entertainment venue, the play area is awesome. Each customer has to order a meal to go there. I can see why. No one is likely to just go there for drinks and take the kids to play, and voluntarily order food, not after an experience like that. Not recommended. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5

    Service was terrible, waited over 40 minutes to get our drinks, and it was wrong on top of that. Very disappointed.

    It’s not the same anymore. Only one character comes out once in a while. Would be great it if were different characters, this will help with children not following one character and causing a stampede. Used to be fun

    Great location, great estate. Nice and clean cozy stay and Marcelle was so super professional and helpful.
