    The Fun Factory is a great fun place for the family. We truly had an amazing time , the entertainment NEVER ends. The kids enjoyed everything from the machines, the play area, the painting and most of all the characters coming to life. I ordered kiddies ribs for one of my children and for me a ribs combo but honestly I felt like the ribs were a bit undercooked. Still red and hard to bite off for my 5 year old son so that was a bit of a little disappointment but eating the overall experience we got over it. But I would really hope the ribs would be fully cooked and falling of the bones especially for the little ones.

    It was a lovely experience. I would come back. Just uncomfortable that the tip was not my own choice it was predetermined for me.

    The food was affordable and delicious. We waited quiet a bit and there was a mix up with the burgers which was resolved. The service was excellence except for the booking that was ignored. We were initially put on a table that was not reserved until we demanded to be moved because we were put was quiet hot. Some of the character costume( especially Sky from paw patrol) needs to be washed it was not a good look. But the kids overly enjoyed themselves. It was a beautiful experience.

    It was great that the costumed character came out. My kid's are so glad the mascot appeared.
