Everything we do is guided by our philosophy that fresh and homemade is always better. Over the past decade, we’ve worked hard to perfect our menu of delicious farm-style comfort food, award-winning selection of artisanal cheeses and our diverse range of handcrafted wines.     The six of us, all senior citizens, enjoyed a very pleasant breakfast with delicious food, good service in a lovely setting, thank you very much!

    Our first time, and with a new menu: it was a treat! The food was really good. My husband enjoyed his steak/cheese burger with crispy fries. And I had a very good farm salad with extra chicken: the salad consists of so many delicious types of veggies and fruits. Best salad since times. And the staff is very friendly, attentive and chatty. They do a good job hosting their guests. We’ll be back to try the rest of the comprehensive menu.

    Not sure what has happened to the restaurant, we’ve had lovely meals in previous years visits. We had the duck pate to start which was hot and runny, surely the butter on top should not have been melted, obviously not refrigerated for some reason. The Hake balls were tasteless, no seasoning and not much hake either. Wouldn’t go again and wouldn’t recommend.

    We specialy came to enjoy the lams curry, definately not disappointed! Loved it, more than enough and still have space for a chocolate brownie with nuts and icecream and of course a bottle of chenin blanc
