Contemporary Cuisine in an Extraordinary Space.

For outside guests a deposit of R250 per person is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

Dining in The Granary Café is a unique experience. The menu inherits the same comfortable, eclectic and contemporary style as Liz Biden’s hotel interiors. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert and her team believe in good, honest and approachable food that showcases seasonal, local ingredients.

    Good Afternoon. My husband and I were invited to a complimentary meal by the Granary Cafe to offer us a redo of our anniversary dinner that we had in October this year. Unfortunately, our previous experience was less than favorable, however, this time we can confidently say they redeemed themselves. Our waiter was lovely and attentive, the food from the starters to desert including our drinks were delicious and we really got to enjoy the whole experience again only with so much better food and service. We would like to say thank you to the team at Granary Cafe Silo, we really appreciate your generous offer to do a redo dinner for our 15-year wedding anniversary, and it was certainly a date night to remember.

    Fantastic evening celebrating our wedding anniversary and the food was fantastic and we were served by Prince who was excellent.

    We had a really fantastic evening. Drinks in the bar and then dinner in the Granary Cafe. We were looked after by Alex (not a trainee - inside joke there) and he made sure we had an amazing experience. Thanks Alex.
