Contemporary Cuisine in an Extraordinary Space.

For outside guests a deposit of R250 per person is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

Dining in The Granary Café is a unique experience. The menu inherits the same comfortable, eclectic and contemporary style as Liz Biden’s hotel interiors. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert and her team believe in good, honest and approachable food that showcases seasonal, local ingredients.

    Food was very good but the Malaysian chicken .. that’s a no no! Thanks to Luyolo’s very attentive service we had a memorable 18th birthday of our daughter. Also warm greetings to Roger the concierge 💪

    We enjoyed a wonderful dining experience at the Silo. The service was great from start to finish, and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
