Contemporary Cuisine in an Extraordinary Space.

For outside guests a deposit of R250 per person is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

Dining in The Granary Café is a unique experience. The menu inherits the same comfortable, eclectic and contemporary style as Liz Biden’s hotel interiors. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert and her team believe in good, honest and approachable food that showcases seasonal, local ingredients.

    The vegetarian meal was great. The steak was over done. We sent it back. The second steak was qs marginally better. Please ensure that the chef gets “medium rare” correct. Thank you!

    The reception at the lobby tends to be a bit hostile when it comes to parking arrangements.

    Just an excellent place, wonderful crew and stunning food. We enjoyed Christmas Eve here and had a fantastic time.

    Great service and fantastic views. The seafood curry was great but the steak was tough and overcooked. Great wine list with some interesting options. Dessert was good, and although we did not order any the high tea trays going past us looked delicious
