Contemporary Cuisine in an Extraordinary Space.

For outside guests a deposit of R250 per person is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

Dining in The Granary Café is a unique experience. The menu inherits the same comfortable, eclectic and contemporary style as Liz Biden’s hotel interiors. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert and her team believe in good, honest and approachable food that showcases seasonal, local ingredients.

    It is my first bad experience fine dining. We were rushed to order, the duck was so hard and tasteless all you could taste is peas, very disappointing as I dined my girlfriend as it was her birthday.

    Excellent evening with very polite and polished service , great food and wine and lovely views of Cape Town. Have a drink on the roof terrace if you get a chance

    Exceptional staff with a great meal in a lovely setting, rounded off with being excellent value for money. I would especially like to thank the gentleman on reception who walked my sister and I part of the way back to our accommodation to ensure we did not get lost. Well over and above expectations and much appreciated, thanks so much

    I wish my parents owned the silo hotel so that I could just go there everyday❤️ thank you silo family from the moment I entered the hotel untill the last moment was amazing I will do it over and over again… it’s one thing to get good service from the staff but it’s another thing when the general manager is also on the floor and making sure that you ok I think if that man could feed me also he would 🤗amazing guys now I understand why the silo is a thing 🤞😊
