    Extremely disappointing and humiliating experience My experience at Greenhouse was honestly horrible. I had reserved a table, was allowed into the venue, and had already ordered food and drinks. I stepped outside briefly, and when I returned, the bouncers suddenly refused to let me back in. What made the situation even worse was that they literally called management to ask whether my dress code was suitable enough for me to enter, despite the fact that I had already been allowed into the venue and had a reservation. I was left standing outside while they discussed whether I was appropriately dressed, which was incredibly humiliating and embarrassing. To make matters worse, both the bouncers and the manager were extremely rude and dismissive. There was no attempt to handle the situation professionally or with basic courtesy. As a paying customer who had made a reservation, I expected to be treated with respect. I completely understand that venues have dress codes and security policies, but these should be communicated clearly and applied consistently. The way this situation was handled was unnecessary, disrespectful and completely ruined my evening. I would not recommend Greenhouse based on this experience, and I certainly won't be returning.

    I had a great time at the event. The food was amazing, the staff were so kind and helpful, and we felt very welcome. The vibe and music were fantastic, making it a fun and enjoyable experience. We were very happy to be there and would definitely recommend it

    Greenhouse used to be amazing, the crowd and music on a Friday has become disappointing. You need to change it up a bit and become more creative and cater more for a mixed crowd. The menu needs to change as it is no longer exciting. Become exclusive again
