Facing onto the Piazza in the heart of the vibrant Melrose Arch precinct, the newest addition to The Grillhouse group, The Grillhouse Melrose Arch, offers indoor and outdoor dining all year round.
Art deco furnishings and subtle lighting, reminiscent of the classic New York grillhouse, the decor cleverly combines raw face brick, black leather seating and fine timber to create a warm earthy feel. There are private dining rooms, and a wine cellar, for you to choose from a huge selection of local and imported bottles.

    Efficient, good service. Food, bit pricey but very good. We were tucked away in a booth and a bit squashed, not great.

    Delicious food, Great ambience, very accommodative to our needs and phenomenal service from our waiter Isaac! I will definitely be back and will ask for Isaac again :)

    The Grillhouse is always on the "must do" list when we fly to Johannesburg. We normally go the Rosebank one but we were staying in Melrose Arch so it was very convenient to walk to the Melrose Arch brand. It never lets us down - Fillet on the bone washed down with a delicious red - we had the Anthonij Rupert Optima this time round! See you again the next time we are in Johannesburg!
