    Despite being a regular customer. My date and I were seated in what can only be described as a service corridor . There was a continuous stream of waiters rushing past both sides of our table and several times the manger barking instructions to the staff right next to us as if we were not there. The manager also allowed the next table to have a photographer who was leaning over us and other patrons to get his pictures and the flash was going off the entire meal. Have to say, despite the nice food and great service from Melody, it was the worst dinner I’ve ever had at you restaurant.

    Made a reservation weeks in advance for Valentines Day only to arrive, have no one help us for a good while and then be told that there is no space and we would neet to wait half an hour before a table MIGHT be available despite having a reservation. We were then instructed to wait by the bar where there wasn't enough seating and there was a massive mess on the floor which no one was attempting to clean up. Decided to leave and find somewhere else for Valentine's Day. Horrible experience.

    we had such an amazing time here considering it was our first date we enjoyed everything from the service to the food…it also such a beautiful place…also thank you for the Valentines gifts we received
