    Very disappointing. We were crammed into a small dark back room (we had booked months in advance). There was a table of 2 adults and 2 children one of whom screamed most of the time. Then a group of 4 adults sat at the adjacent table. Their chairs were right up against us and we couldn’t get out. We’ve been every year for 7 years but they are being greedy by cramming too many people in. They should have a family area so that children can run around. We will definitely not be returning.

    Our waiter was dedicated and tried very hard. Unfortunately he did not have the support from the kitchen or bar. Meals came out staggered with last meals almost 10 minutes after the first plate ( table of 6) so not extra large table. Incorrect meat choice, meat rare when asked medium.. we sent it back and it was replaced correctly. We ordered Dom Pedro's received 3 different sized glasses.

    Booking easy. Service OK, not WOW! Food was good, but portion size and value for money was poor.
