    Hussar has been a go to for us in Cape Town for amazing steak, crispy and fresh vegetables and just an all round great experience. However the Hermanus outlet seems to have an issue in the kitchen. Twice now the steak arrived incorrectly cooked or simply not coated as ordered. The vegetables tasted of gas and the creamed spinach presented as putty instead of creamy. Unfortunately not the quality we were used to and therefore won’t return
