    When seated one should immediately offered water still or sparkling and then ask guests to review wine list and when one comes back with water take order for wine!When everyone has had a glass please take orders or give specials so that chef can begin as he/she took a very long time!Air conditioning was off as well.I know we live in a town but these rules aren’t difficult!

    I had a steak sirloin but was not impressed. It was a bit sour and tough. The espresso martini, green beens and the spinach were very nice. Service was excellent.

    Beef and chicken dishes OK but undercooked kingklip. At least we got a gesture of a creme brulee in response.
