    I'm not happy with what I experienced yesterday. It was my birthday. I made a reservation. Upon arrival, my table was no reserved and I was told to sit anywhere. Firstly, I made a reservation so I could have a board with my name on the table upon arrival. And then I'm told to sit anywhere. I then requested the board to be made. The manager that was on duty wasn't bothered. Only the one who came in the second shift actually apologized. Please teach some of your staff the code of conduct of establishment, as well as mannersim. I don't want to pull the race the card or maybe it's just tribalism. We are not treated equally or accordingly by all your staff. The lady that was serving us, Elsie, did a stellar job and really tried to calm the situation down by rectifying everything but my mood was really on zero and didn't have an appetite, could only have a starter which I didn't finish and didn't finish my drinks either. I was really off by the colored ladies.

    Thank you for the service provided to the NC Diamonds. The team did enjoy the evening overall. However, I must raise a few concerns that hindered the experience and did not meet the vision we had for the evening: 1. *Venue setup*: Our table was placed close to the kitchen and bathroom area. The constant noise of cutlery dropping, kitchen staff communication, and guests moving in and out of the bathrooms was disruptive. 2. *Lack of privacy*: The evening did not feel private or special due to the high traffic and noise in that section. 3. *Presentation setup*: The projector setup was not conducive for a presentation, which affected a key part of our programme. We understand and appreciate that you tried your best. However, the setup did not meet our expectations for what was meant to be a special team evening.
