    Overall, a great experience as always. if you want a great steak, no place better. We celebrate all special occasions here. Great steaks, great ambiance and exceptional service!

    the service has really gone backwards , we often go to this Hassar and clearly the staff need serious training, I even complained to management during the meal while the guests were having starters if they could please provide side plates , they didnt even understand basic table setting requirements, Our bill is never under 4k and we even used to celebrate Christmas day there , but the service is really no longer up to standard. I reaptedly had to get up and pour wine for my guests and myself , we had to ask about the special menus even though we normally order a la carte we were interested, and who knows maybe if they bothered to show us or tell us or even bring the steaks around it would encourage our guests who are not regular Husser goers to re-visit, It is sad as we bought many vouchers for gifts as well as always visited this branch in the past . The food was still awesome , but it is certainly not a fine dining experience , not even decent restaurant service. I never tip less than 15 percent but it urked me for the first time ever to part with a R500 tip for such shitty service and the restaurant was quiet the hostess and manager and other servers did not help or even try to intervene when I complained and rectify .They just weren't bothered. I will tell all my friends and will no longer be recommending this destination

    Shout out to the entire staff, such friendly and welcoming people. Beautiful place, I'd like to visit it in the evening. I was on a solo date for their lunch menu, so sad that it doesn't include a drink anymore. Please, please stop drenching the roasted veggies in oil! There was at least 2 tablespoons worth lesf in my bowl.

    Always your food on point but can we have normal fish if possible. I see Salmon but hake can do wonders to us.. Who consumes hake.

    My husband and I enjoyed what has to be one of the happiest dinners out in our lives, with my daughter and her husband, and their two young daughters. We all had the Set Menu #1, while the girls had from the Kiddies Menu - And WHAT a feast it all was. Absolutely DELICIOUS food - extremely generous and hearty portions - It really was "one for the books"! The service was outstanding - just altogether a truly memorable, special evening! Thank you - and congratulations to the Hussar Grill Team - it was an absolutely fantastic effort from you all.
