    May I suggest that Serving Staff be given more information and training re allergies. When approaching a table the Server should enquire if there are any allergies and understand the potential implications if a guest eats the wrong food. The Server should also BE VERY FAMILIAR with the ingredients in dishes and be well informed to make recommendations and cautions based on their knowledge of the menu.

    We havent been back to Hussar for awhile after a bad experience prior. We thought we would give it another go. Very dissapointed with the food. Starters were awesome however both our mains were not good. My wife tried the prego steak roll far too much sauce the bun was so saturated that one could not eat it. My chicken was very bland and the mash was not freshly made. We also had to go to the back near the kitchen to find someone to give us our bill. We actually could have left no one was in the front. Very dissapointing.

    Ordered steak, really didn’t have a good seasoned steak taste and was really rare when asked for medium rare. The staff was excellent and great service and rectified the issue very quickly.

    Our meals and time spent at Hussar Grill are always fabulous, and making our Moms 89th extra special was soooo kind. Thank YOU to everyone, definitely our favourite place to visit
