    My sirloin was quite underwhelming, not hick cut with a strip of fat like I asked, because of the thinness of the meat it didnt seem like 300 grams, I should have said something but I didn't. Hopefully better next time. My son's fillet was ordered MR but it came rare. Although you offered to re-do it, he was taking it home where he could cook it the desired way :)
