    It was great, as always, and the steaks were amazing. Something has to be done about the spare ribs, though. The Paarl Hussar used to have the best ribs - thin racks, fall off the bone, lovely taste. and just all round great. Now the racks are thick, pretty tasteless, does not fall off the bone anymore, and just a disappointment overall. I would hate for this to be the reason for us to not come to Hussar anymore, as I love everything else about the place!
