    We had a wonderful experience with my partner, the warm welcome that we received from the staff was awesome. The waitress Ayanda exceeded our expectations with her service. We really enjoyed the food and the cold bottle of wine that was served to us. We thought that we’ll spend only 2 hours but we ended spending 5 hours. We’ll definitely visit again and recommend your restaurant to our friends and family.

    We hosted a staff function for 33 people at The Hussar Grill Waterfall restaurant and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The booking was made 4 days prior with a deposit was paid to secure the private section. To assist with service efficiency, we obtained the set menus ahead of time and had all staff pre-select their meals, which were sent through earlier on the day. Despite this preparation, service was extremely slow. The restaurant was not particularly busy (if at all 12 other diners), yet there were significant delays with the food. As a result, the evening ran far longer than expected. We arrived at 17:00 and only left after 20:00. Dessert service was especially problematic. Most of our staff had to leave due to the late hour and long travel distances, with approximately 90% taking their desserts as takeaways. Some left without dessert entirely. We were not even served dessert after dinner we had to request it and then it took so long that we requested the takeaways instead. as it took at least 50 minutes for these to be packed. While the staff were not unfriendly, there was a noticeable lack of urgency or concern regarding the delays. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, particularly given the level of planning done in advance to avoid exactly these issues. We will not book with The Hussar Grill Waterfall again and left very disappointed. Further to this shocking that there are only 2 men's toilets and 2 female toilets shared by another restaurant this is certainly not ideal. Imagine them both being at full capacity and you need to use the restroom.

    I enjoyed myself overall as it was my bday, but I'm not happy with the food we bought the sharing meal 1kg ribs but the sides were barely enough for 2, how is it a sharing meal if the sides are enough for 1 person we ended up topping up our meal where by we should have bought separate meals each. Im not sure with that set up.
