The Kraal and Joostenberg Wine Estate offer several unique farm, food and wine events through-out the year.

HARVEST PARTY. Celebrating the summer season and pending harvest.Usually in February.

FARM WALKS. Look out for our monthly guided farm walks, including arrival coffee and pastry, cellar visit and finishing with a wine tasting.

WINTER WINE TASTINGS AND SUPPERS. Themed tastings of older Joostenberg Estate vintages followed by a hearty winter supper. Cabernet sauvignon with farm beef on 1 August and Syrah with Lamb on 6 September.

    What a nice morning about vineyards, wines and old Cape Dutch Architecture with Joostenberg Wines winemaker. Highly recommended and fantastic wine tasting.

    As always, the Kraal delivered on an intimate evening with much needed hors d'oeuvres, great steak, and wines to match. To top it off, winemaker Tyrrel was on-hand to walk us through their Cabernet Sauvignon vintages. Highly recommended.
