Our fine waters are more than just refreshing; they are a celebration of health, wellness, and the essential role water plays in our lives. Each sip from our curated collection offers real value, contributing to your overall well-being.

Join us at The Water Library for a unique journey where water becomes an experience. Discover how different waters — from local to international sources — can vary in taste, texture, and effect on the palate.

In this guided 45-minute session, we’ll taste six fine waters: three still and three sparkling.
To showcase water’s unique role at the table, we also include a wine and water pairing, demonstrating how the right water can transform the taste of both food and wine.

    Refreshing experience of the highest quality !! Never before did a water tasting, and so glad we did. Nico really knows his stuff. He captivated us for an hour with amazing water facts and stories. The setting and ambiance was surreal and suited the tasting. The high class presentation was excellent and the waters we tasted were well worth it. I highly recommend spending an hour with Nico and learning more about different waters of the world and exposing your taste buds to something different. Once you have tasted water with Nico, you will never be able to look at, smell and taste water the same. Highly recommend.

    We tasted six waters—two still and four sparkling. The still waters were paired with a Lanzerac Reserve Red, and it was fascinating to notice how the taste of the wine changed depending on which water we sipped beforehand. Then came the sparkling waters—each with a different bubble size and a surprisingly distinct taste! I learned so much and highly recommend this experience for both educational and entertainment value.
