I was looking forward to a catchup dinner with friends from Germany in a beautiful setting with harbour and mountain views. The Lookout did not disappoint. The food and service was great too!

Rather disappointing service from FOH Manager upon arrival. Arrived at 11h00 after Boat Cruise, doors were still closed. We were told they open at 11h30 only. 5min later we saw people entering the place. We casually made our way over to the restaurant at 11h15, had a seat. Ordered a pizza at 11h30 whereby we were told pizzas can only be ordered from 12h00 onwards. During our starter pizza no one came around to ask if everything was ok. We decided to finish our pizza and have main meals elsewhere. Up until this point STILL no smile from Manager. We left (the lady at reception was the only bundle of joy though, the only one not wearing uniform) As we left we ran into some our friends visiting from the UK and eventhough our experience at The Lookout wasn't great at all, we STILL decided to go BACK and have a drink with our friends. The overall experience is really bad and the standard of service and professionalism has dropped tremendously. It's clearly just a JOB to most of the staff including the Manager and NO special effort is made to make you feel at home.
