    Have had great experience previously but our recent visit wasn't so pleasant. Our waiter wasn't very attentive; didn't check in on us.had others check on us more as he was more focused on the bigger table next to us or was hung up on having a conversation with the bar lady whole time. Food took long to arrive and was basically almost cold; no condiments or salt n pepper was provided on the table prior to being seated nor was it offered we had to ask a different waiter. Just over all a unpleasant experience Unfortunately our usual waiter whom normally assist us wasn't helping us this evening. Was very disappointed by how the night went.....

    Everything was great until we got to the end when we’ve ordered additional burgers to takeaway and was told that the burger was given already even though I haven’t received my burger. Slip shows I was charged for it but ended up the staff making me feel like a liar. This part was absolutely disgusting. I’m a manager myself and would’ve never handled the situation the way they did.

    Not really sure why this location or burger went viral to be honest. we were 3 people, and we all had the same experience with the burgers. the burgers were certainly big but they were very flavourless as hell. i had the mexican burger (chicken) which had nachos on it. The batter was burnt and the chicken itself was dry, the buns were nice though. the chips were underdone and i didn't even eat 4 of the chips. cocktails were amazing value for money though. the staff could've been friendlier. the coloured waiter that helped us at some point was inattentive and certainly did not match the energy of our original waiter (female) who made the experience so much and certainly saved the evening. i made a booking for a table but when we got there apparently the booking didn't matter because nobody even looked it up so we were seated wherever we wanted to sit. The entire evening was prob a 5 out of 10 but the food was definitely a 4 out of ten. thank you for the experience though and your bartenders and majority of your servers certainly saved the night.
