Exceptional value for money at the slightly understated restaurant at Newton & Johnson. The menu is not extensive but provides at least one option for most dietary choices. Between our dining party we tried most of the menu and all dishes were excellent. The service was impeccable, the view stunning. Highly recommended.

Stunning views, fantastic wine and food. Accommodating and friendly staff who are all extremely helpful. The restaurant itself is open and toned back, offering one amazing views of the overberg. Will definitely be back

Decent food and fantastic location. Unfortunately the chef and head waiter were incredibly rude and made a point of showing us their displeasure because we finished our wine tasting inside the restaurant at our table (the tasting area was very full). We still ordered wine from them but they felt we were taking away business from their restaurant although they don’t offer a tasting menu. If a restaurant is at a wine estate, it should either offer a tasting option or allow you to taste at your table, that’s part of the experience. In addition, none of the staff or chefs actually followed regulations and wore proper masks which was shocking given the current environment.
