    My husband and I made a reservation for a table outside and when we arrive, the restaurant didn’t have our reservation and told us that there’s no space to sit outside. If I had not insisted that I made the booking we were going to forced to sit indoors. We had to ask our waiter about the Ribs special they have on Thursday whereas another couple who arrived after us were informed about the special. A gentleman who we assume is the owner or manager moved around the restaurant checking how other patrons were but blatantly ignored our table and could not be bothered to check in on us. The restaurant could make more effort in making people feel welcomed. The ribs were great but 0/10 for service and ambience.
