The Silo Rooftop is the ideal spot for a sunset cocktail. For outside guests a deposit of R150 per person is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

The Silo Rooftop offers guests a relaxed, al fresco experience with spectacular panoramic views of Cape Town from the tallest building in the V&A Waterfront. Enjoy a glass of bubbly, South African wine or a classic cocktail while you soak up the last of the day’s sunshine.

Kindly note that access to The Silo Rooftop is weather dependent and the pool is strictly for resident hotel guests only.

    I was not impressed that I paid a deposit to secure the reservation and did not use the full amount which is not refunded. We landed up ordering a second round of drinks to make up the balance. Would make me think twice about booking this way and paying a deposit in the future.

    A wonderful setting for early evening drinks, we didn’t eat any food as were going for dinner. But would recommend a visit for drinks in this fab hotel.

    It was our last night in Cape Town and we could not have wished for a better send off. We had the best table in the house to watch the sunset. From the moment we arrived until we left we received first class service from all the staff. A truly wonderful experience.
