The Silo Rooftop is the ideal spot for a sunset cocktail. For outside guests a deposit of R150 per person is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

The Silo Rooftop offers guests a relaxed, al fresco experience with spectacular panoramic views of Cape Town from the tallest building in the V&A Waterfront. Enjoy a glass of bubbly, South African wine or a classic cocktail while you soak up the last of the day’s sunshine.

Kindly note that access to The Silo Rooftop is weather dependent and the pool is strictly for resident hotel guests only.

    I can fault the welcome form front of house to restaurant staff. Unfortunately we had to send or food back as it was under Cooked. Which on third attempt had put me off eating it. They gave us a free round of drinks and couldn’t apologise enough.

    We only came for sunset cocktails and there was no sunset but everything else was perfect with it without sunset. Service and staff exemplary.
