The Silo Rooftop is the ideal spot for a sunset cocktail. For outside guests a deposit of R150 per person is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

The Silo Rooftop offers guests a relaxed, al fresco experience with spectacular panoramic views of Cape Town from the tallest building in the V&A Waterfront. Enjoy a glass of bubbly, South African wine or a classic cocktail while you soak up the last of the day’s sunshine.

Kindly note that access to The Silo Rooftop is weather dependent and the pool is strictly for resident hotel guests only.

    Beautiful place to have a cocktail with super friendly and accommodating staff. Cocktails were sublime and the few snacks we had due to kitchen closure were lovely. Highly recommend

    Super nice stay. You can also have gluten-free food but I would suggest the hotel to get some gluten-free bread and gluten-free soy sauce for the people needing it.

    I’m sure its lovely but I wouldn’t know. I have a severe egg allergy which I communicated. The waitress assured me that the foam of the cocktail I ordered did not contain egg. Needless to say, after tasting it I had an immediate reaction and the waitress continued to gaslight me. A friend rushed down to the pharmacy for me whilst I asked for water 3 times and it never arrived. After receiving meds from my friend, and still no water, I felt too sick and had to leave the bachelorette that i had planned for my cousin. As I got outside the hotel I was sick in front of the drop and go area. Thankfully I had just taken the smallest sip, or else this could have been a lot worse.

    The ambience is stunning, and well worth the visit. The rest... I had the "so exotic" cocktail, which tasted just of fruit juice with vanilla aroma. Very disappointing. The oysters dressing had so much wasabi in it I nearly joked 🥴
