    It’s a lovely space and the people are very nice and competent. I feel the lunch menu could give a little more choices. That said the food so simple and tasty.

    Arrival at the venue found 5 parking spaces open but blocked by chairs which I had to remove myself in order to park. The restaurant is beautifully appointed but the first thing I noticed was that all 4 wine glasses on our table were dirty and water spotted. The waiter clearly had not been trained and we confused from the beginning. The menu was very limited and two of the menu's presented at our table had outdated pages in them (the selections were no longer available). I wanted to leave but my family convinced me to stay. We were pleased with the quality and taste of the food albeit the menu is a bit confusing (are there mains? is it a tapas style menu?). The manager was aware of our displeasure so she did her best to attend to us and brought the chef out for us to meet. We left feeling okay about the experience but the restaurant can't rely on the manager and chef hand-holding each table through their experience. Well trained wait staff are critical to any dining experience. It is hard for good food to make up for a bad front of house experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Owam, whose exceptional customer service and thoughtful introduction to the space left a lasting impression.     Marketing way above actual offering. Beautiful setting but needs to jack up and professionalise service. Some dishes were delicious others really bad. Dessert is not good. I think the basics are important.
