    This was my fourth visit to SALT, and while my very first experience was excellent, the service has consistently declined since then. The food and the ambience remain wonderful, which is why I keep coming back, but the service really does need attention. The signature element — the explanation of the salts and the overall journey — has been rushed or skipped entirely on recent visits. The waitstaff also seem distracted and slow to attend to tables, often gathering around the front desk instead of being attentive to guests. It takes away from what should be a refined dining experience. I genuinely enjoy the restaurant and its beautiful setting, but I hope the service can be improved to match the quality of the food and location.

    An amazing environment to enjoy a meal with family or friends... amazing staff that serve with friendly purpose. What eliquent plated dishes bringing amazing sensations to your palate.

    The menu is too scattered, mains not paired with sides gives more admin to the guests and makes the meal too expensive. A basic starter, main & dessert structure helps
