    The Salt Road in Houghton is proving to be one of my absolute favourite restaurants. The five stars awarded for food, value, service and ambience goes beyond. When the maitre de remembers you from a few months ago says something for the establishment. The advantage of sharing plates was just perfect for our party of four as we got to taste so much more. Thank you.

    Thank you for a beautiful day. Great service and amazing food. The presentation was top quality. The venue is lovely. We are sure to come back!

    It took 1 1/2 hours to get a salad and some bread for the table. The food was mediocre. Will never go back there.

    I was solely disappointed with the service. We had to sit our selves down even if we had book a table two weeks before. We were not told about the different salts that were on the table. Waitress kept confusing our order but at least she would ask multiple times before delivering. All in all, the food was okay but the ambience was beautiful. The views are out of this world.

    What a brilliant experience we had at the Salt Road for my daughters 19th birthday celebration. The Salt road aim to please and they have nailed the experience.The hidden gem of Johannesburg. Thank you Salt Road team for creating everlasting memories.🙏🙏
