Growing up in ​the sixties, different was good. Weird was good. Swimming against the stream was a dream.

We were always looking for an unconventional, different place to visit with simple, good food and coffee, followed by a beer, a glass of wine or a cocktail. Always unhurried, a pleasant, mellow environment with light music to sit, relax and let time slip by. Never being able to find what we were looking for, we decided to try and create our own.

The Shed & Silo is our labour of love. A work in progress that is full of surprises and never completely finished. We are continually trying to create what we were looking for.

    Two of us had the Caeser salad, which one remarked was the best she had ever had. The vegetarian bun with aubergine and humus was delicious. We will visit again.

    Shed & Silo is really a fantastic place to just go sit down, chill with family or friends and have fantastic food. The staff is friendly, food comes in a timely manner and the variety of food is great too!

    Love Shed & Silo. Not all of their usual cakes were available as the Baker on leave but still had a decent selection.

    Absolute beautiful restaurant with wonderful ambiance.My husband and I had the pork belly , the dish was nicely composted and beautifully put together however the pork was a little tough, dry and it wasn’t hot . My kids had the chicken bun and it was delicious. Finished with walnut and coffee cake which was also delicious.Service was very attentive and wonderful. Will go back for another try .
