    We had a lovely evening in such a beautiful setting. There was a wide variety of food on the menu and the service was excellent. The prices were very reasonable.

    Your website accepted a 7.00 reservation. We found it very difficult to find you - when we did we struggled to find how to get in. When we did you were closed. By this time it was dark and we felt very uncomfortable walking around. If there was an option to award no stars I would have taken it.

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced locating and entering the restaurant, and can certainly understand your frustration in trying to navigate a foreign city after sunset. We are, however, puzzled by the struggles that you endured in trying to locate our restaurant, and even more so confused by the impression that we were closed. Our kitchen is open daily until 22:00 with Sunday having been no exception as guests were dining with us until after 23:00, and me personally being on site till 23:30. We also have signage at both entrances, and our location is listed on Google and Apple Maps, as well as on our website where you made your reservation. We take your concerns seriously and would appreciate it if you contacted us directly with further details, including which entrance you approached, so we can better understand what happened and address any possible confusion, as well as update our automated DinePlan emails, to included relevant navigation assistance and driving directions.     Really delicious fish meal, one of the best we’ve had in a very long time. Would highly recommend it.

    We had nice evening at the Stellenbosch! Perfect way to start a journey. Great atmosphere, excellent wines, and very friendly service. The food was delicious as well. We really enjoyed the combination of great food and South African wines in the lovely garden.
