Situated in an elevated valley of outstanding beauty, Oldenburg Vineyards is surrounded by a spectacular mountain amphitheatre. At the heart of the farm lies Rondekop – our iconic, round hill which influences the vineyards planted on and around it, creating our extraordinary terroir.

Please note: The maximum table size available for online bookings at The Tasting Room is 7 guests. Should you wish to book for a larger group, please contact the tasting room directly so we can assist you accordingly. Multiple smaller reservations made to accommodate a larger group are not permitted. The Tasting Room reserves the right of admission in such cases.     Here's a polished version that sounds natural, sophisticated, and appropriate for Dineplan: Oldenburg Vineyards was one of the highlights of our time in the Cape Winelands. The wines were exceptional ... beautifully crafted, balanced, and truly world-class, with each one reflecting the pedigree of both the vineyard and the winemaking team. The tasting room is elegant and welcoming, with breathtaking views that make the experience even more memorable. What truly set our visit apart, however, was the staff. Their knowledge, passion, and genuine enthusiasm for the wines made the tasting both engaging and educational without ever feeling formal or scripted. From the first pour to the last, everything was first-class. If you appreciate fine wine, stunning scenery, and outstanding hospitality, Oldenburg Vineyards is an absolute must-visit. We would return without hesitation.

    It always excites me to visit Oldenburg. My clients loved the wines and the tasting conducted by Freda. She is extremely knowledgeable and her passion for what she does is incredible. The wines are amazing and the beautiful view from the tasting room is phenomenal. Thanks Lucia (tour guide)

    This tasting was the best we have ever been to. The wines were special, and Thabo was fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very interesting; we had the most awesome experience at Oldenburg.
