Situated in an elevated valley of outstanding beauty, Oldenburg Vineyards is surrounded by a spectacular mountain amphitheatre. At the heart of the farm lies Rondekop – our iconic, round hill which influences the vineyards planted on and around it, creating our extraordinary terroir.

Please note: The maximum table size available for online bookings at The Tasting Room is 7 guests. Should you wish to book for a larger group, please contact the tasting room directly so we can assist you accordingly. Multiple smaller reservations made to accommodate a larger group are not permitted. The Tasting Room reserves the right of admission in such cases.     Oldenburg Vineyard was the best wine tasting experience we’ve ever had. The setting was gorgeous and all of the wines were delicious. It was so pleasant to be able to go outside while tasting the wines. I wish we didn’t live across the world so we could visit more often.

    P was amazingly knowledgeable and passionate about the Oldenburg wines, and for good reason. They were delicious. The Syrah and Cab Sav in particular were excellent and a credit to the estate. Amazing scenery too. Thoroughly recommend on all counts.

    Fine wines at its best! A wonderful tasting flight of exceptional wines, young and aged curated by a first class wine sommelier Freda at Oldenburg Vineyards, which is surrounded by picture perfect scenery in the Stellenbosch, Banghoek Valley. If you’re looking for a memorable wine experience then I wholeheartedly recommend Oldenburg Vineyards to you.
