    I would like the waiters to be more present . You ask for something simple and you wait . Table had no serviets, no cutlery … you ask for things one by one and you have to wait for looooong . Then you just don’t see any waiter for a while

    We have never experienced such bad service from Eminathi, she looked so annoyed and bored, did not smile at us, we asked for a chair she never gave us, we even complained about her and we were told she’s having a bad day, that’s not our problem, we booked and traveled all the way to the tasting room only to get such bad service. We requested we don’t want to be assisted by her, it’s our first time coming there and we will not be coming back again. We booked but got such a bad table, we had to request to be moved. No one welcomed us, no one helped us, we had to ask to be helped, only to get a frown of faces. The food was amazing, other than that, we will not be coming ever again!

    I decided to go to the Tasting Room for my birthday last week Thursday and I had a lovely waiter named Lusanda , he was so patient and kind. He elevated my friend and I’s wine tasting experience by giving us detailed history behind each glass and we learnt so much and had a lovely afternoon as our host. We will definitely be coming back again for the lovely service and phenomenal food.

    I recently attended a baby shower lunch at The Tasting Room. The atmosphere was beautiful, the venue was elegant, and the waiters provided excellent service—they were friendly, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. While everything else exceeded expectations, the quality and taste of the food didn't match the standard of the venue. It was the only part of the experience that let us down. I really hope the food improves because the setting and service deserve much better.

    It’s my 3rd time and I will definitely go back, it’s one of my favourite spot, mouthwatering food always, affordable prices but with my visit this time around came with a slight disappointment cause the service from the waiter was poor, it needs improvement, managers were more active and attentive more than him but my overall experience was great
