    Food good. Being served brandy in beer glasses unacceptable. Seating and table service was not so good. Our table for 4 was cluttered with glasses until we finished. Below expectation i r o ambience and housekeeping and noise level. We had to move to another table due to direct sunlight in to eyes.

    My low rating on the food is because you do not cater for people who do not like to eat animals. I queried this about 3 years ago, and nothing has changed. I ordered the blue cheese and fig salad (nice, but not great), and did note that you offer pizzas, but having recently eaten pizzas, I wanted something different. My two companions seemed to like what they ordered (meat dishes). So while you have a lovely setting, I will only eat there if friends ask that we eat there. I note you have thinned out the garden...why? It was wonderful as it was when I last saw it.
