    Always loved The Willaston, but yesterday’s service was so poor, … had to call for menus twice, then call to order, then call to refresh water, then call to order coffee and dessert, then call for the bill… all while the huge staff complement were either chatting or washing cups…. No one other than Busiswe came to say hello and checked how we were doing. And my Tomato Soup was almost inedible with way too much pepper/paprika. At R225 a huge disappointment. Other family members meals were good. Then in the booking I noted that it was a birthday ( and we’ve often celebrated friends, family occasions there) … but it wasn’t acknowledged or even mentioned. A big miss this time.

    This is a stunning location with beautiful views over the whole of Cape Town. Fabulous decor and ambiance- great service - very cozy on a winters evening!
