ALL DAY DINING AND DRINKS ON THE SIXTH FLOOR

The sixth floor of The Silo Hotel is home to the Granary Café and The Willaston Bar. It's a vibrant space where guests can enjoy lunch, a light snack, Royal Tea, dinner or drinks. During the day, the sixth floor of The Silo Hotel offers one diverse menu that includes bar snacks, small plates, salads, burgers, sweet treats and more substantial dishes ideal for lunch or a light dinner. This menu can be enjoyed in the Willaston Bar until 9.30pm or in the Granary Café until 5pm.

The Granary Café is a contemporary brasserie-style restaurant where uninterrupted views of the Mother City from the harbour to Table Mountain accompany every dish. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert’s menu offers good, honest and approachable food with a modern twist.

    We actually ate on the restaurant opposite the bar. Lamb cutlets and fish pie very underwhelming. Not up to standard so won’t be back I’m aftaid

    My guests and I Enjoyed a lovely evening at the Williston bar I highly recommend the Yatch Club cocktail as it is my new Favorite, a special thanks Goes out to Angus, And Nigel for making my guests feel so at home from the moment we stepped in it was awesome. The Food and beverage department was Amazing last night my sister and her friends felt like absolute queens last night and I thank Mr Nigel, Mr Felly, and Mr Angus for there amazing service

    I had such a beautiful experience, the staff was so welcoming to mention Rita the breakfast manger she is the best . Anele and Lucky both waiters very amazing the service they offer was spectacular. I am definitely coming back and have more beautiful experience. Everything was 10/10
