ALL DAY DINING AND DRINKS ON THE SIXTH FLOOR

The sixth floor of The Silo Hotel is home to the Granary Café and The Willaston Bar. It's a vibrant space where guests can enjoy lunch, a light snack, Royal Tea, dinner or drinks. During the day, the sixth floor of The Silo Hotel offers one diverse menu that includes bar snacks, small plates, salads, burgers, sweet treats and more substantial dishes ideal for lunch or a light dinner. This menu can be enjoyed in the Willaston Bar until 9.30pm or in the Granary Café until 5pm.

The Granary Café is a contemporary brasserie-style restaurant where uninterrupted views of the Mother City from the harbour to Table Mountain accompany every dish. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert’s menu offers good, honest and approachable food with a modern twist.

    I only had single meal & I am unable to provide a properly accurate review on FOOD in relation to VALUE & itend to visit again for a deeper experience. Everything else was amazing, the staff the environment & the beverage options. I stepped in for a drink after the Spa then rushed to the to the airport, missed my flight & went straight back to be greeted with the same warmth and dined with company

    The Manager was brilliant - the waiter overheard us saying that the wine wasnt terribly good - he checked it and changed it without us even asking. Very very very good service! Thank You

    Celebrated my birthday at The Silo Hotel and had the best evening ever! Shoutout to Hubert for amazing service and making the day one to remember. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely come back for more celebrations
