ALL DAY DINING AND DRINKS ON THE SIXTH FLOOR

The sixth floor of The Silo Hotel is home to the Granary Café and The Willaston Bar. It's a vibrant space where guests can enjoy lunch, a light snack, Royal Tea, dinner or drinks. During the day, the sixth floor of The Silo Hotel offers one diverse menu that includes bar snacks, small plates, salads, burgers, sweet treats and more substantial dishes ideal for lunch or a light dinner. This menu can be enjoyed in the Willaston Bar until 9.30pm or in the Granary Café until 5pm.

The Granary Café is a contemporary brasserie-style restaurant where uninterrupted views of the Mother City from the harbour to Table Mountain accompany every dish. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert’s menu offers good, honest and approachable food with a modern twist.

    We visit the Silo every time we are in Cape Town and are never disappointed,service is excellent and cocktails superb.

    We had the most amazing time at the Willaston bar once we got in which was the most tricky part. Obviously nothing happens if one just turns up - understandably it is very popular! I then made a reservation telephonically for the next day which seemed a very complicated matter. Two different ladies told me to make a deposit to secure the booking ( no problem, I said ) but never received the link etc etc more phone calls were needed and the lady was not the most friendliest one, almost like she didn't want us to book! Anyway, the team at the bar were amazing. Super friendly, super accommodating and the bar/restaurant manager greeted us personally and showed us around, even the roof top. He made our last evening in Cape Town exceptional and we honored his time by having one cocktail after another :) Well done, floor team - you are truly amazing!

    From Being seated until leaving nothing was too much trouble for staff. Food and wine were both delicious. Only disappointment was the weather which none of us can control 😀

    This was an incredible lunch experience. We were treated to a magnificent view of Table Mountain from our table, which made it feel really special. The staff were exceptional—attentive, warm, and professional throughout. The food and drinks were of wonderful quality, and everything came together to create a truly memorable afternoon. Thank you to the whole team.
