The sixth floor of The Silo Hotel is home to the Granary Café and The Willaston Bar. It's a vibrant space where guests can enjoy lunch, a light snack, Royal Tea, dinner or drinks. During the day, the sixth floor of The Silo Hotel offers one diverse menu that includes bar snacks, small plates, salads, burgers, sweet treats and more substantial dishes ideal for lunch or a light dinner. This menu can be enjoyed in the Willaston Bar until 9.30pm or in the Granary Café until 5pm.

The Granary Café is a contemporary brasserie-style restaurant where uninterrupted views of the Mother City from the harbour to Table Mountain accompany every dish. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert’s menu offers good, honest and approachable food with a modern twist.

    Everything was amazing. Spa staff was warm and welcoming. The dinner at Granary was out of this world and Janice and the rest of the team took care of us so well, really went above and beyond expectation.
