ALL DAY DINING AND DRINKS ON THE SIXTH FLOOR

The sixth floor of The Silo Hotel is home to the Granary Café and The Willaston Bar. It's a vibrant space where guests can enjoy lunch, a light snack, Royal Tea, dinner or drinks. During the day, the sixth floor of The Silo Hotel offers one diverse menu that includes bar snacks, small plates, salads, burgers, sweet treats and more substantial dishes ideal for lunch or a light dinner. This menu can be enjoyed in the Willaston Bar until 9.30pm or in the Granary Café until 5pm.

The Granary Café is a contemporary brasserie-style restaurant where uninterrupted views of the Mother City from the harbour to Table Mountain accompany every dish. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert’s menu offers good, honest and approachable food with a modern twist.

    This was an incredible lunch experience. We were treated to a magnificent view of Table Mountain from our table, which made it feel really special. The staff were exceptional—attentive, warm, and professional throughout. The food and drinks were of wonderful quality, and everything came together to create a truly memorable afternoon.
