ALL DAY DINING AND DRINKS ON THE SIXTH FLOOR

The sixth floor of The Silo Hotel is home to the Granary Café and The Willaston Bar. It's a vibrant space where guests can enjoy lunch, a light snack, Royal Tea, dinner or drinks. During the day, the sixth floor of The Silo Hotel offers one diverse menu that includes bar snacks, small plates, salads, burgers, sweet treats and more substantial dishes ideal for lunch or a light dinner. This menu can be enjoyed in the Willaston Bar until 9.30pm or in the Granary Café until 5pm.

The Granary Café is a contemporary brasserie-style restaurant where uninterrupted views of the Mother City from the harbour to Table Mountain accompany every dish. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert’s menu offers good, honest and approachable food with a modern twist.

    Everything was 10/10 . talking about the beautiful view ,food was so delicious and drinks were made with love . Such a beautiful place with beautiful staff .

    We had the most unforgettable experience at the Silo Hotel bar. The view of Table Mountain is absolutely breathtaking — truly one of the best spots in Cape Town to enjoy a drink while soaking in the scenery. The staff were beyond amazing: warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention must go to Angus, who went above and beyond to make our evening extra memorable. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, and every detail — from the setting to the service — reflects true excellence. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cape Town.

    Overall, did not live up to the experience we had on our first visit. View is fabulous though. Service is not 5-star, rather slap dash. Food very average. I’ll be back but not for the food and with a lower expectation.
