    Must get bigger TVs for sports. Waiter was forgetful and would go forever. Toilets are stinky

    Our waiter, Sam, was lovely and did his best throughout the experience. Unfortunately, the kitchen and management let him and us down. We visited Tigers Milk yesterday as a group of five ladies for a work catch-up. After everyone received their meals, one of my colleagues immediately realised she had been given the wrong burger. She had ordered the burger with pickles and rocket, but instead received one with jam sauce and other toppings she hadn't ordered. When we called our waiter over, he insisted that this was the burger she had ordered. The chef then came to the table, and after my colleague explained the issue, he took the burger back. Less than five minutes later, it was returned to the table, but it was clearly the exact same burger with rocket and pickles simply added on top. It was disappointing that the kitchen thought we wouldn't notice. The food was cold, which made it obvious that a fresh burger had not been prepared. We complained again, and only then did our waiter take a completely new order for my colleague, who decided to rather have a pizza instead. While Sam remained friendly and professional throughout, the way the mistake was handled by the kitchen was unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but trying to pass off the same meal as a new one is poor customer service and left a very negative impression.
