Tigers Milk is the best destination for ‘dude food, made good. Since opening the flagship restaurant in the seaside village of Muizenberg in December 2014, 8 more eateries have opened up by popular demand, and to the delight of foodies in the Cape and Gauteng.     I always place to be but I had a recevertion which I didn't end up to seat on it for some reason which was not mine but the waitress one even do I will keep coming even today I'll be there again

    Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived at the restaurant, the staff had no record of our reservation. As a result, our group of six was seated at a table intended for four people, leaving two guests uncomfortably squeezed onto the ends. The service only deteriorated from there. I waited approximately 30 minutes for a cocktail, which was excessive considering the restaurant was aware of our booking and group size. We ordered the Party Parcel with a side of chips, only to be informed afterward that the Party Parcel was sold out. Since the main item we had ordered was unavailable, we requested that the chips be cancelled as well. However, we were told this was not possible because the order had already been processed. The same situation occurred with dessert. We ordered three desserts for the table, but two of them were unavailable. When we asked to cancel the remaining dessert order, as it made little sense for only one person to have dessert while the rest of the table could not, we were again told that cancellation was not possible because the order had already been entered into the system. To make matters worse, the service from our waiter was poor throughout the evening. On two separate occasions, while we were actively speaking to him and placing orders, he simply walked away mid-conversation before we had finished. His attitude also came across as dismissive and unhelpful, as though he was doing us a favour rather than providing the service expected of a paying customer. Overall, the combination of the reservation issues, multiple menu items being unavailable, the inflexibility regarding order cancellations, and the poor service made for a very frustrating and disappointing dining experience.

    It was a cold evening and they had the aircon on. I eventually asked them to turn it off when our food arrived. When we arrived, we seated ourselves. No one at the door. Signalled the waitress after about 15 minutes for a menu. Received one for 4 people. About another 15 minutes later she took our drinks order. About 10 minutes after receiving drinks I asked for more menu's, cutlery and serviettes. We were 2 forks short... had to get up and ask after the meal arrived. The meal took about 30 minutes to arrive.... we understand it is the burger special night, but after waiting and waiting for everything else, it all felt a little frustrating. I have been there before and it was ok. Were they understaffed last night? Not sure but it wasnt a pleasant experience... sitting in the cold waiting for service all the time.
