Tigers Milk is the best destination for ‘dude food, made good. Since opening the flagship restaurant in the seaside village of Muizenberg in December 2014, 8 more eateries have opened up by popular demand, and to the delight of foodies in the Cape and Gauteng. The key trend being the iconic and spectacular location of all of the stores, that give locals an escape from the ordinary.

    The service was horrible. On arrival, we had no attendant help us with seating for 5min. Thereafter, we had to wait to receive menus for another 5-10 minutes. After ordering the food and drinks, we had to ask a separate waiter to serve our food because ours wasn’t checking in. Turns out our food was ready 10min prior. They then served the food with no drinks and we had to ask the second waiter for our drinks. The food and drink order for the one person were both wrong. And again, our waiter did not check in at any point. All other tables including those that came after us, enjoyed more hospitality and quicker service than we did. I can overlook poor service due to a busy evening but it wasn’t busy at all and even then the waiters that were free didn’t bother helping and when they did they got it wrong. Genuinely a terrible experience, and my last time at Tiger’s Milk Claremont.

    We booked well in advance for the burger special. On arrival, we were left standing at the entrance. The host/waitress looked at us, said "okay" and walked away. We had to call someone else to seat us. The burger special itself was advertised as available all day with no mention of a limit of 150 burgers per store. Had we known that, we would have booked earlier. I understand that part is not the fault of the restaurant itself, but it was disappointing. Service was very slow throughout - long wait to receive menus, long wait to order, and another 10 minute wait just to get the bill. Overall a very disappointing experience.

    Only two waiters ,food was cold, waited long to be served.Rhr waiter tried her best.burger was tough ,chips old

    Wait time for the drinks and food was 20 to 30 minutes at a time, and that was little disappointing.Your waiter are great but there was 1 issue where I ordered the brandy.and coke and that particular drink arrived flat in taste and looked like it stood for a while as the ice was melted. If your service cam improve in timing your place will be great
