    Please see below complaint lodged.E= mail sent to inform@tigersmilk.co Za Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience my daughter and her guests had at Tiger’s Milk GrandWest on 15 May 2026 for her 20th birthday celebration. What was meant to be a joyful and memorable occasion turned into a very upsetting experience due to the unacceptable disruption caused by a lady at the venue. She behaved in a rude and aggressive manner, threw a glass at one of the guests, and started picking a fight while my daughter and her guests were simply trying to enjoy their meal and celebrate peacefully. The situation created discomfort, fear, and completely ruined the atmosphere of the evening. What was most disappointing was the lack of proper intervention and care from management. The only response received from the manager was a simple “sorry,” with no real effort made to rectify the situation or ensure that my daughter and her guests could continue enjoying the celebration they had paid for. My daughter was left extremely emotional on what should have been a special milestone birthday. She was so disappointed that she felt like crying and now wants a complete do-over because the evening was ruined. As a paying customer, I expected a safe, enjoyable, and professionally managed environment, especially for a booked birthday celebration. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and would appreciate feedback regarding how Tiger’s Milk intends addressing this incident and restoring our confidence in your establishment.
