    Very Disappointed in the service at Tyger's Milk Grand West. i personally love Tyger's Restaurants but this was by far the worst experience i have ever had. We kept waiting like 20 to 25 Minutes for the waiter to attend to us and our order. The food was cooked in old oil you could see the oil on your plate and taste it in every bite especially the meat balls which i ordered ended up not even eating it because of the after taste of the oil. We were there between 13h00 and 16h00 which was quiet times meaning the restaurant was not busy or full at all yet the waiting time for service was just unexplainable. i really feel we did not get value for money based on on the experience holistically.
