    The food , value for money and service was exceptional. Blessing (our waitress) really made our evening memorable. The only concern we had as a group was the lack of aircon - we were getting exceptionally hot - this is something that needs to be looked at - could potentially be a health hazard.

    Make booking for 3H00 ,we arrive and there was no one at the door to help us .we stand there for good 10 min until we decided to find table for us upstairs.waited and waited then eventually waiter came and take our drinks order and then again waiting begin until we decided to leave at 4H00 without getting our drinks. So we wasted a whole hour there.

    Steak was amazing and overall dinner experience was good. Great vibes with the music especially. Menu was limited but Manager explained that when there is an event at Grand West, this menu caters to if they were to become busy and so people wouldn't have to wait too long for their orders. Francis was our waiter, and he was on top of his game. Only reason I gave Ambience 4 starts is because there were no fans downstairs, so it was very hot on the dancefloor. Would definitely recommend if you want a chilled evening with some good music and food.
