    Food was evarage salad was lacking the lettuce was brownish no crisp, the burger wasn't too bad they can do better though. Cocktails were so plain just bland we had to ask the waiter to garnish the cocktail for us, one of the burgers had hair and we showed our waiter, my friend was given another burger. we waited for almost an hour for our food and yet the restaurant was not busy. It was just a let down I don't see myself coming back

    I enjoyed nothing about the restaurant. The waiters took so long to help us… the food was also horrible .. i ordered 4 tacos and couldn’t even finish the first bite.. I also ordered a strawberry daiquiri and was given an alcoholic one with out my knowledge.. I was told after that it was alcoholic.. I’m really disappointed

    We made a booking for 12. We were very uncomfotably cramped into 3 small tables although the tables next to us were much longer and half of the table was unoccupied. The floor was terribly dirty!! Other patrons took their shoes off an placed it on the tables and other chairs next to them while slouching backwards on their chairs.. Although this is not directly the restaurant's fault, it created a backwards, third world, no respect, atmosphere. I am sure that management should be able to enforce basic etiquette the same as not allowing someone to come dine in a swimsuit or topless.. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant as we were terribly uncomfortable. Out of experience we do know that the food at a Tigers Milk is very good, but we will never go the Kwena Square one again. The waiter that served us was friendly and we had no trouble with him.

    Most of our food orders were incorrect and there was hair in my food

    When I booked, I specifically wrote I would like to come for breakfast. Then the waitress tells us that its the other branches but when I was looking at the menu there was breakfast. False advertising and misinformation is bad client service. I booked an indoor table but was given the outside one horrible experience even further. We were feasting with bees. One got inside my cranberry juice. The waitress takes forever to attend to us. Could not even tell her about the bees was already annoyed.I would not go back there.
