    Great atmosphere and vibe. The quiz was slightly delayed which was the only issue I had.

    The staff did not respect their bookings policy. My table booking was given away within 10 minutes (their policy allows for 30 minutes). The matter was escalated to the manager who was frankly unprofessional and immediately combative. He yelled at me throughout our interaction and antagonized the people in my party when they called him out for his lies about the time of our arrival. After keeping us in the cold for 10 minutes, the only remedy he provided was three seats at a table for my party of 10 people. Fed up, we chose to leave and dine elsewhere. I felt the necessity to leave this review as it was an experience I wouldn't wish on any diner. Truly disappointing.

    We didn't order a lot food but drinks and the waiter Themba's service was very good. Even the waiters who helped us before Themba was officially our waiter were very good. Then there was music, it was amazing.

    Food took forever to come out. Waitress had a bad attitude did not check in on the table. We would run out of drinks and she wouldn't get the refills. Not the best restaurant experience overall.
