    This is the 2d time when paying the bill that they apparently can't process the Tsogo Sun rewards discount, stating its my card thats faulty. This is untrue as I used the card 3x earlier in the day elsewhere. Nd last time we went into the casino to check the card as we were instructed to by Tigersmilk. There is nothing wrong with our rewards card- Tigersmilk just dont want to give the discount due to patrons

    I come as a humble regular customer and it was my birthday,so I just thought let me just go with my friends to have some fun and good drinks at tigersmilk in Monte . Well we got there and it was packed ,okay I got that and I was like okay let’s wait to get a table ,right? Then suddenly this girl come to us ,she was wearing a white shirt and a black pants,with sandals I think & she had a hairstyle ya (lepondo) yhooooo! We totally got a poor a service from here as she told us that she CANT help us get a table or rather help us secure a table,and that we should think of a second option,which is leaving ???? Like what??????? In the world??? I remember that lady soooo well. She is a bit dark in complexion and a bit short ! She legit told us that we have no choice but to just leave !!! We were literally wanting to chill at tigersmilk and we had to secure a table by ourselves,imagine????? Like what in the world is that service??? I mean I normally go to tigersmilk in Monte and get the best service but last night??? The pits of that lady? Tjerr! I’m so disappointed and disappointed and disappointed. Honestly though,I’m writing this with a very painful heart as that almost ruined my night but nonetheless,it’s okay . I just hope that she see this comment I made and how she almost made me cry on my birthday & almost made me lose interest in the whole tigersmilk restaurants as she just gave me an excuse that all tigersmilk are not it !

    The outstanding feature was our waiter, Buhle. He qas engaging, helpful and altogether lovely. The food was pleasant enough. The seating and bathrooms felt a little tired ajd grubby. So BIG thanks to Buhle who won us over!

    The guys serving our group of around 30 people were so efficient and friendly and even told us that the service tip was included when they saw that we added it to the bill. The food was amazing. It was a great venue for my son’s 18th birthday party.
