    Made a reservation 3 weeks before due date , got confirmation sms , was called by one of the managers the day before, and on day of booking , there was no table available for us. Had a party of 15 and needed to find another venue because Tigers Milk New Market Alberton didnt plan properly. Very disappointed, will not recommend. All they had to say was sorry , what must you do with a sorry.

    Well...I did not try the food this time but I felt the service could have been more attentive.

    The service and ambience were super. The food was very disappointing and not worth the cost at all. The chicken on my Borderline chicken burger was so dry I had to take small bites and a sip of water with every bite to get it down. The nachos was more dry chips and with very little toppings, the fillet steak as well as the half chicken was okay, not great. The only meal that was good was the pork ribs, very tasty. The veg was good, the chips was not good at all. In total a disappointing experience for the price we paid.

    There was no water in the bathrooms. This spoiled my 1st experience @ Tigers Milk. We should have been made aware on arrival so that we could choose to stay & eat at a restaurant without water in the bathrooms or go somewhere else. It’s difficult to enjoy dinner when going to the bathroom is a problem & one can’t even go wash hands before the meal. I wonder how the kitchen was able to prepare meals hygienically without water. What was surprising was that it was business as usual. Patrons were still walking in & served as we were leaving. We couldn’t even stay as long as we had intended due to he water problem I am very disappointed. I will never go back to Tigers Milk Newmarket That was the worst experience I had at a restaurant ever. What is even more disappointing is that this is relatively new establishment. There are older restaurants that have backup water for patrons. A Jojo tank and some piece of piping for reticulation doesn’t break the bank honestly.
