    I made a booking for 8 people for a dinner after my brother’s prom, but our plans changed unexpectedly and we ended up having 12 more people join us. Despite the sudden increase, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. The service was amazing from start to finish, and the food was just as impressive. The nachos were definitely my favourite! Overall, it was a great experience and made our night even more special.

    We arrived to find your table was I occupied, waited 45 mins to get the table we pre-booked and paid for through dine plan. The waiter comes to take our order, we put in a food order and drinks. He refuses three times to fulfill the drinks order, because it will “take too long”, says we “rather” buy a bottle? He insisted if “we are not buying a bottle”, we must go to bar ourselves and do the drinks order for our table? Went to bar waited another 45 mins, eventually found a waiter/bar tender willing to take our drinks order. Did never arrived after another 45 mins. After waiting we eventually cancelled the Food and drinks, paid for the R800 for table that was never kept for us and left. Ambience always with tiger’s milk Suncoast, which is why we are regular customers…. Will have to rethink the next time.
