    We order a bottle of tequila and was told that the one we have isn't in stock . Then we were offered the el jimador which we opted for we requested the price and was reffered to the menu 946 we were asked whether gold or silver we chose silver the waiter didnt mentioned a difference in price we request the bill when he brought the drinks he left the table while we were still having the ciders we again requested the bill and he proceeded to open the bottle, we didn't ask .then he came back with the bill it was 1250 when we asked why he said we asked for silver . But we said we were not notified that it was more neither is it recorded on your menu when we asked njabulo a manager he stalled walked away to the waiter and asked him whats the price a few minutes later he arrives with the same story that we chose silver not listening to me that I didnt ask him to open the bottle and I asked for the bill which he delayed and only brought after he opened the alcohol .I dont consume alcohol it was my wife and a few friends but njabulo carried himself in a very unprofessional manner , he engagement with me was as if his talking to an individual who over consumed alcohol at 2am , I had an issue with the waiters reason to me it looked like he spoke to the waiter so there stories add up instead of confirming the price with a verifiable answer , really damages the brand image

    There were a number of issues that we experienced. It took more than 30min to get drinks after we needed to excalate the matter to the manager. Food quality was not great. Waiters were massively over extended. Bathroom was flooded with water on the floor - and was not clean at all. I understand that this was with the rugby going on, but our experience was not good at all.

    The table for 4 people were very cramped and couldn't relax and enjoy

    Booked through Dineplan, then they did not have our table available for us. The service, the food and attitude was just terrible. The toilets were disgusting.

    Good day, Yesterday we had a table of 14 booked to enjoy a lunch and drinks before the rugby. This is a tradition for our friends and we booked at your establishment because we thoroughly enjoyed it last year. Our entire experience was absolutely shocking. - we waited for ages to be helped - the drinks took extremely long to arrive, and some people only got their first drink as we were leaving. - the tequilas were warm - besides the time it took to arrive, food was honestly absolutely revolting. The margarita pizza was soggy. And the kids who ordered this left hungry. - I ordered a vegetarian taco which was inedible. It was cold, the ingredients tased like that had been spooned out of the fridge and just clumped on 2 soggy tacos. - the baskets were stone cold, with a runny milky cheese sauce that no body could eat, To top it all off, the waitrons were fighting over whose fault it was that this was happening. We left your establishment hungry, irritated and out of pocket for an experience that was quite honestly the worst restaurant experience of our lives. I trust this feedback will help you improve your food and service. As a party of 14, we will certainly not back.
