Located in the seaside village of Glencairn, overlooking the sweeping views of False Bay, Tintswalo Summer House breathes new life into the historic Glencairn Southern Right Hotel originally established in 1904. Blending heritage architecture with modern design, Tintswalo Summer House will offer 12 individually styled guest suites, and the Summer House Eatery, lunch, and dinner in an elegant and relaxed setting.

When visiting us, please note we are a cashless enviroment. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate children under the age of 12 during dinner service.

    Excellent food and good wine selection . We are delighted with the makeover of the old hotel and the ambiance was great- it will be even better in summer. We had a great evening and will certainly keep this in mind for future visits

    Magnificent, beautifully decorated hotel. Wow! It’s even more fabulous than the photos suggest. Every room is a delight to explore and we would love to sit at the bar to enjoy cocktails, host a function, or enjoy a high tea.
