    As always the food at Tomson is outstanding! Great asian flavours, and every dish is different. Our favourites are the tofu and mushroom wontons, crispy prawns, lamb gyoza, chilli beef and the mongolian chicken. And don't miss the smacked cucumbers, also delicious. We sat outside and it was lovely. Not difficult to eat on a lower table, and quite nice to eat outside with the fresh air, sometimes the restaurant can be a little stuffy and food smells a bit overpowering. My only comment for improvement would be the service on the food. Our dishes came out randomly, for example chilli beef but no rice, which only came later. Our lamb gyoza we eventually cancelled as it came out after our plates had been cleared. Perhaps the waiters or the kitchen staff could work on that aspect? Also the wine selection was limited as the supplier had not delivered the order, so that was a bit disappointing. Having said that, it still remains one of our absolute favourite spots in Cape Town.

    We had a lovely meal at Tomson. The service was friendly and fast and the food was good. We had a table in the back corner and there unfortunately very little airflow, so it was pretty hot and steamy. I would come back, but request a table by the door or get one outside.

    We had different dishes -mine was very good - my husbands was ok and from our friends it was also good - had to wait very long , service was friendly so far ,
