    I am extremely disappointed with the service we received on 6 September 2025. I booked the venue well in advance for 14 people at 15:00 and specifically requested the section accessible via the stairs, by the windows opposite the bar area. When we arrived, not only were the tables not set, but the staff only began setting up at that time — and in the wrong area. When I raised this, I was told the restaurant was “fully booked.” We ended up placed under a deck where it was extremely hot with no air conditioning. This was already a huge letdown for such an important celebration. To make matters worse, our guests of honor (the couple whose anniversary we were celebrating) ordered the All In Burger, but were instead served beef burgers. The waiter refused to correct the mistake, was rude, and visibly impatient with us. Overall, the day felt like we were forced to make the best of a very bad situation. For a booking planned in advance, the lack of preparation, poor service, and unprofessional attitude were unacceptable.
