Since 1967, when founder, Allen Ambor, opened the Golden Spur in Newlands, Cape Town, Spur Steak Ranches have been part of the South African family.

In the years since then, Spur has helped to create countless special memories and earned a reputation for tasty, nutritious, value-for-money meals.

We’ve also grown into an internationally recognised brand with many local and international restaurants.

    I had the worse service ever.. definitely not coming back there after spending all my daughter birthdays there this was the most horrible one.. and the waitress Francinah her service was very bad at some point k found my self clearing my own table , opening and pouring my own drink. It’s like we had to beg them to sing my daughter happy birthday.

    We had a birthday booking. I appreciated the booking confirmation and also the reminder. Our waitress, ZILO was excellent, friendly and efficient. Thank you, Milo.

    Great service from the moment we arrived. The staff also did their song and dance routine for my daughter's birthday, which made it very special, so well done and thank you very much. Great hospitality.
