Since 1967, when founder, Allen Ambor, opened the Golden Spur in Newlands, Cape Town, Spur Steak Ranches have been part of the South African family.

In the years since then, Spur has helped to create countless special memories and earned a reputation for tasty, nutritious, value-for-money meals.

We’ve also grown into an internationally recognised brand with many local and international restaurants.

    Kiddies food was served on a very hot plate. Not ideal for young children to handle such a hot item!

    Excellent service from Awonda and the rest of the staff. Food was delicious and came quickly, considering the size of our table.

    It was an average expérience overall, we booked the table for birthday celebration, the service was slow considering that the restaurant wasnt that busy, the food was ok, one of my friend ordered the aged steak médium, when it came it was well done, it was dry, a bit later he was informed that the Heineken beer bottle he was drinking wasnt in stock anymore, he asked for stella beer bottle wasn't in stock too, not really sure what was going on, we were recommended and expected better experience overall but unfortunately it never happened, a bit dessapointing, not sure if we will come back again.
