    Second visit at this restaurant for family get together. Good service and everyone enjoyed their meal.

    We all really enjoyed the food that we ordered, sirloin, oxtail, veggies, onion rings, salad, etc. and our waiter was very attentive.

    Food: 3/5: The Trinchado was far too piquante (sour tomato) without balance. The chicken livers request was for very hot but there was no peri peri included at all. Upon mention there was no apology/nothing was done to rectify/the waiter took no interest or responsibility saying "it was a starter" Both my brothers were really disappointed. Value 3/5 - While no one complained of the other 4 guests...3 meals sadly did not measure up to the value because they were not enjoyed. Service 3/5 - Getting attention especially after making a reservation (although as organiser I came in late) was difficult. It clearly made no difference. We had to go to the waiters ourselves at different times to get assistance. Even a table set apart as requested was not offered which would have been appreciated as the outer table by the glass doors had dreadful acoustics - we couldn't hear what others were saying. As I say, no one checked on us at all. Ambiance 2/5 - While it was attractive enough the acoustics being very poor didn't lend to a cohesive atmosphere. Such a shame. Location 4/5 - Great being closeby for some of us and easily accessible Toilets 5/5 Recommend 3/5 - I actually wouldn't....Perhaps a Sunday afternoon/evening is a bad time for them and staff are switched off and tired....
