Our story began in 1977 when four brothers opened the first Turn ‘n Tender in Johannesburg.

Since then we’ve become known for our love of great steak, excellent taste in wines and our warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers become friends.

We are the place for all those special celebrations and everyday occasions, because here is where you create a lifetime of memories over a meal.

    I normally love Turn n Tender, but last night the temperature inside was too warm, you need to open a few windows (it was stuffy inside) or turn the aicon down a fraction. I had a good calamari & chips dish, my husband had the Rump, which was very tough and below standard. However the waiter did take away his steak and bring him another one which was much better.
