Our story began in 1977 when four brothers opened the first Turn ‘n Tender in Johannesburg.

Since then we’ve become known for our love of great steak, excellent taste in wines and our warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers become friends.

We are the place for all those special celebrations and everyday occasions, because here is where you create a lifetime of memories over a meal.

    Most of our party had steak & say it was great, & prepared according to their requirements. One had calamari which she said was fantastic. Unfortunately one lady ordered a walnut & fig salad, only to be told they don't have walnut's but can replace with almonds. The salad experience was not great, but everyone else says their meals were great.

    The food was delicious (except the onion rings) but very expensive. I felt it was way over priced. Due to the price, I will not be returning to the restaurant.

    Hi I just wanted to give some feedback regarding our recent meal. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that the bill reflected the value we received. The chips were of poor standard and didn’t taste fresh, which was disappointing. We expected better quality for the price paid.
