    It was meant to be a special lunch at a special venue. Unfortunately, only the view was worth the time. We felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. It may be that dinner is better prepared for. During lunch we were only 3 tables and the service was painfully slow (think 15-20 minutes to have the table cleared even after asking). The crockery and cutlery was likely purchased at a West Pack - it's absolutely shocking, I actually have no words when I'm presented with a bent hostel-bulk knife. When we asked for a napkin (yes we had to ask), they brought a serviette each (not even hyperbole). The food was mediocre - an Ocean Basket could do better. I'm embarrassed to have taken my special guest there. Very embarrassed. As they should be.

    Tables were dirty and had hair a good particles even though the manger informed us it was cleaned and hasn’t been used. We moved tables. Food wasn’t the best

    This place is so beautiful the food portions are so good just wish there were more options on the menu but everything was amazing

    We stayed at Canelands 18 months ago and it was fantastic but dinner last night was a disappointment. Service was super slow, only 1 waitron working (there was a 2nd person but they seemed to disappear). For the price we expect much better service and while the food was ok it definitely wasn’t what is used to be. Very disappointed.
