    Our experience was quite disappointing. We waited a long time before anyone came to take our drink order, which set a poor tone for the rest of the evening. When the starters arrived, there were no serving dishes and not enough cutlery for everyone at the table. One of our guests is vegan, yet the service did not seem mindful of this—menus and food were handled in a way that left them waiting awkwardly while others were eating. We were also not provided with enough wine glasses. It felt like the staff were more focused on smaller tables than on our group, and even when we tried to communicate, it seemed there were misunderstandings or a lack of attentiveness. Overall, the service did not meet expectations and needs significant improvement, especially in attentiveness, communication, and basic table service.
