    Service was slow (they were busy) we did not receive our snails and only realised when we looked at the bill afterwards

    We had a reservation which was confirmed telephonically and email..on arrival our booking wasn't there,I asked for bottle of champagne on the table when I booked...n some setup nothing... We asked the waiter after we ordered our drinks cs what we asked for wasn't there,then he came n prepare the table for us....I was bored n angry cs it was our date. I won't visit the place again. Food was good,service was slow n it wasn't busy.
