    Delightful meal at Veld. The space is beautifully put together, including a cosy fire on cool evenings. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive. The meal was delicious. The presentation were stunning and flavors surprising and well balanced. The menu offered reinvented classics and some local options. Recommend being dropped off at the hotel to easily find the restaurant as the grounds are extensive.

    A perfect evening escape at Veld — more than just a dinner out, but a little interlude. Exceptional hospitality, beautiful food and wine, and the feeling of being completely immersed in space, art and thoughtfully curated surroundings. The attentive, warm service made it all the more special. We loved the baked chevin to start, followed by the brisket main and delicious sides. A truly memorable experience at Spier.
