    When i booked i asked for the best table in tge restaurant because I was surprising my friends on their anniversary. Got an average table and nothing to mark the occasion. If I could give no stars for service I would. The waiter was rude, our drinks took 20 mins to arrive and even though we hadn't all had a drink the waiter told us we had to order our food because he had given us all of 20mins to decide. I wish I could remember his name but was an older man, with an accent and Grey hair. Worst experience in my life and we even thought of leaving the restaurant to go somewhere quieter and being served with respect. We will never go to VIXI again.

    I’ve dined at Vixi Social House a few times and have generally had great experiences, which is why this recent visit was a bit disappointing. While the food was still tasty, it didn’t quite match the standard I’ve come to expect. The pastas, which were previously rich and saucy, now felt more oil-based and less indulgent. The pizza also lacked the depth of flavour I remember. Given the price point, the overall experience didn’t feel as justified this time around, and I’m not sure I’d return based on this visit. That said, the service was excellent and remains a strong highlight.

    Had a lovely dinner last night ! The food was amazing and our waitress was friendly and gave good recommendations. Would definitely come back !
